Job summary

Dimension Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Laundry HVAC Technician to maintain and repair commercial laundry equipment and HVAC systems across our property. You will help ensure guest comfort and smooth hotel operations by keeping machines running reliably and safely.

You’ll troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and collaborate with vendors to handle specialized fixes. This role requires physical work, flexibility for weekends or on-call shifts, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial laundry equipment, HVAC systems, or general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read equipment manuals and follow repair procedures.
• Organized, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
