Job summary

Cornerstone Services is seeking a dependable Laundry/Housekeeping Team Member for a skilled nursing facility. You will clean resident rooms and common areas, manage resident and facility laundry, and keep the laundry and housekeeping spaces organized and safe.

You will follow infection control procedures, handle cleaning products and equipment safely, and help maintain a comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff. Training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, push/pull, and lift as required.
• Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and caring Laundry/Housekeeping Team Member to join our skilled nursing facility. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and other facility areas
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident and facility laundry
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry and housekeeping areas
• Follow proper infection control and safety procedures
• Safely handle cleaning products and laundry equipment
• Respond to spills and other cleaning needs throughout the facility
• Help maintain a pleasant, comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff
• Treat residents and their belongings with respect, dignity, and care
