Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Supervisor I, Laundry in Colorado Springs to lead and train laundry staff, manage daily production, and ensure timely delivery of clean linens. The role requires coordinating workflow, maintaining quality, and working within a team to meet customer orders.

The position offers full-time hours with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays. A high school diploma and at least one year of supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience in a production environment is required. Laundry operations background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train laundry workers across the facility (sort room, washroom, folding area, order filling).
• Coordinate personnel to fulfill orders and ensure efficient use of time and productivity.
• Oversee quality of all laundry operations and coordinate with rooms to fulfill linen orders for delivery to customers.
