The Laundry Center Delivery Driver role reports into the laundry service department and has the overall responsibility of customer service, deliveries and cargo van stewardship. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities:

● Provide customer support to our pickup and delivery customers

● Receive, investigate and disposition customer complaints

● Maintain a slow and steady approach to deliveries focused on safety

● Clean and maintain cargo van and maintain overall stewardship of vehicle

● Forward potential new customers to the sales department

Qualifications:

● High attention to detail while processing delivery orders

● Able to work 5-20 hours a week during operating hours
