Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver laundry orders to residential and commercial customers throughout the San Jose area.
• Load and unload laundry bags, bundles, and garments safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and confirm order completions.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and ETAs.
• Inspect vehicle before and after shifts and report any maintenance needs.
• Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
• Provide friendly, professional customer-facing service at every stop.

Requirements

• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior delivery driver or courier experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong time management and route navigation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with the San Jose area and surrounding neighborhoods is a plus
