Monster Laundry is a self-service and wash-dry-fold-delivery full-service laundry center for individuals, families and businesses in the Sacramento area. The Laundry Center Attendant role reports into the laundry service department and has the overall responsibility of customer service, cleaning and processing wash-dry-fold orders. This role reports to the Laundry Center Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Provide customer support, cleaning and wash-dry-fold service

· Receive, investigate and disposition customer complaints

· Ensure the laundromat remains clean and safe

· Maintain focused productivity and high quality while processing wash-dry-fold service

· Clean laundromat equipment, premises and grounds

· Forward potential new customers to the sales department

Qualifications:

· Consistently showing up to work

· General understanding of customer service

· High attention to detail while cleaning

· Able to work 5-20 hours a week during operating hours
