Apploi is seeking a dedicated laundry associate to manage laundering, sorting, and distribution of residents' clothing in a facility setting. The role requires careful handling of garments, adherence to sanitary guidelines, and proper labeling of items for residents.

The position emphasizes responsibility, safety, and teamwork within a professional office environment. Ideal candidates will have basic English communication skills and a high school diploma, with 1+ year of related experience

Formación

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in a related position preferred
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English

Responsabilidades

• Handles all laundry in compliance with sanitary guidelines
• Sorts all soiled laundry into appropriate categories. Lifts and carries loads of laundry to and from cleaning equipment
• Washes, dries, folds, and hangs all laundry neatly and properly
• Identifies personal laundry with resident's names and remarks personal clothing items if needed
• Uses appropriate PPE when handling contaminated clothing
• Performs other related duties as required or requested
