Job Summary

The Laundry Place is hiring a Laundry Attendant for our SE 14th Street location in Des Moines, Iowa. We want reliable, friendly people who like helping neighbors get laundry done without hassle.

Guest hours vs. your shifts

Guest hours at SE 14th Street: 6:00 AM – 12:00 AM (midnight); last load 10:30 PM. Attendant shifts are scheduled inside those hours and vary week to week.

Attendant shifts depend on the location — they are not the same as self-service store hours. Most locations have extended hours; University, Fleur Drive, and SE 14th close at midnight.

Pay & openings

• Pay: $14–16/hour
• Part-time and full-time openings
• Performance bonuses may be available depending on store programs — ask during your interview.
