Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Alliance is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support our housekeeping team by ensuring fresh linens, towels, and uniforms meet our high standards for guest comfort. You will operate commercial washers and dryers, sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, inspect items for damage, and maintain a clean, organized laundry area while following safety procedures.

Experience in hospitality is helpful, but reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are valued as you help

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry operations or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organized, and punctual.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items.
• Inspect all laundry for stains, wear, or damage and remove unsuitable items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and storage areas.
• Follow chemical usage, fabric care procedures, and equipment guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with linen distribution to Housekeeping.
• Support productivity and quality standards during each shift.
• Uphold health, safety, Marriott brand, and Coury Hospitality standards.

What You'll Do

As a Laundry Attendant at Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth Alliance, you'll be an integral part of our housekeeping operation, ensuring fresh, clean linens are always available to support an exceptional guest experience. You'll:

• Operate and maintain commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items.
• Inspect all laundry items for stains, wear, damage, or quality concerns and remove unsuitable items from circulation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the laundry room and storage areas.
• Follow proper chemical usage, fabric care procedures, and equipment operating guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with linen distribution to Housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Support operational efficiency by maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout each shift.
• Uphold all health, safety, Marriott brand, and Coury Hospitality standards.
