Job summary

Hilton in Minneapolis seeks a Laundry Attendant (PM) to ensure a steady supply of clean linens and to deliver the light and warmth of hospitality with every guest interaction. You’ll manage linen processing, from collection to delivery, while keeping the laundry area tidy and running smoothly.

You’ll monitor inventory, respond promptly to guest requests, and uphold Hilton’s values of integrity, teamwork, and ownership in a fast-paced hotel environment.

As a Laundry Attendant (PM), you’re not just ensuring a continuous supply of clean linens – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Keep linens clean and ready: Handle all stages of linen processing, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and delivering clean linens
• Maintain the laundry area: Keep laundry machines and work areas clean and in good working order
• Manage inventory: Monitor and maintain stock levels of linens and laundry supplies
• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to laundry services
