Position Overview

A Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a steady supply of clean linens to support the hotel’s commitment to excellent guest service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all stages of linen processing: collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading/unloading (washers, dryers, chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering linens.
• Keep laundry machinery and area clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest service issues related to laundry.
• Assist with additional laundry tasks as needed.
