Responsibilities

The Laundry Attendant's typical job functions include:

• Operating irons and sortline and towels machine
• Folding and placing items in appropriate storage areas
• Sorting and counting articles to verify quantities on laundry requisitions
• Putting linen away and cleaning and blowing out machines daily
• Having a positive attitude

Qualifications

This position may be suitable for you if:

• You are 18 years old
• You are available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• You are able to lift up to 50 pounds
• You can stand for long periods
• You are available to work 2nd shifts and every 3rd Saturday
• You are available to work overtime during peak seasons
