Job Description: Laundry Attendant

A Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel, supporting the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Attendant, your responsibilities include:

1. Performing all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading laundry machines (washers, dryers, chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering.
2. Maintaining cleanliness of laundry machinery and the laundry area.
3. Keeping stock levels adequate.
4. Responding to guest service issues promptly, friendly, and efficiently.
5. Performing additional laundry services as needed.
