Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Operate washers, dryers, ironing machines and other laundry equipment.
• Monitor washing processes and ensure proper cleaning with detergents and chemicals.
• Handle stained or damaged items per procedures and report as needed.
• Inspect linens for cleanliness and quality before storage or delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized laundry area and follow safety guidelines.
• Provide timely, courteous service to guests and housekeeping.
