Hilton Garden Inn Hershey is seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform laundering tasks in alignment with brand standards and hotel guest service expectations. You will sort, count, pre-treat, load, unload laundry, and maintain equipment to ensure high guest satisfaction.

The role may involve assisting with other housekeeping duties during staffing shortages and requires safe work practices. Experience in housekeeping is desirable, and you will be part of a team committed to cleanliness,

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
