A Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel to ensure outstanding guest service and support the hotel's financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Attendant, your responsibilities include:

• Performing all stages of linen processing: collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers, chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering linens.
• Maintaining cleanliness of laundry machinery and the laundry area.
• Managing stock levels of linens and supplies.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest service issues related to laundry services.
• Performing additional laundry tasks as needed.
