A Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a supply of clean linens for the hotel, supporting the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service and profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Attendant, your responsibilities include:

• Performing all stages of linen processing: collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading/unloading (washers, dryers, chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering linens.
• Maintaining cleanliness of laundry machinery and area.
• Keeping stock levels adequate.
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest service issues.
• Performing additional laundry tasks as needed.
