Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a detail‑oriented Laundry Attendant for Homewood Suites Vancouver Portland in Vancouver, WA. You will collect, wash, dry and fold hotel linens and towels, greet guests with a friendly smile, and keep storage areas organized.

You will assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed, support maintenance by reporting issues, and collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or cleaning is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, dry and fold hotel linen and towels, maintaining an adequate supply.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile during your shift.
• Receive and put away deliveries while keeping storage areas organized.
• Assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken, defective or missing items.
• Collaborate with all departments to support hotel goals.

Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, dry and fold all hotel linen and towels, maintaining an adequate supply of necessary items to perform daily work.

Qualifications

Previous customer service, cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you need basic verbal and written communication skills. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds. You must also be able to stand and walk for an entire shift. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.
