Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform laundry cleaning activities aligned with brand and hotel guest service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction. The role includes loading washers/dryers, handling linens, and assisting with housekeeping tasks as needed.

Candidates with housekeeping experience are desirable. Work schedules may include holidays, weekends, or alternate shifts, with competitive wages for full-time and part-time opportunities.

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
