Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to support housekeeping operations by sorting, washing, drying and folding linens according to brand standards and guest service expectations.

You will operate washers and dryers, maintain equipment, and assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed. Prior housekeeping experience is desirable.

This role may require standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds; work hours can include holidays and weekends.

• Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
