Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Laundry Attendant to perform laundry cleaning activities in accordance with brand standards and sustainability goals, ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will load and unload washers and assist with pre-treating soiled linen, while maintaining equipment and supporting housekeeping during staffing shortages. Safety equipment must be used as trained, and you will contribute to clean work areas and higher guest satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience desirable.

• Load and unload washers and dryers.
• Maintain equipment as trained.
• Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
• Maintain clean work areas.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
