The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a dependable Laundry Attendant to join the Housekeeping team. You will launder, press, and fold hotel linens to high standards while maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Ideal candidates have experience in laundry or housekeeping, are reliable, and work well in a fast-paced hospitality setting with weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Prior laundry, housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented and organized.
• Availability to work weekends/holidays, with shifts starting around 7 AM.

Responsibilities

• Launder, press, and fold hotel linens to established standards.
• Sort, wash, dry, and process linens, uniforms, and terry with care.
• Inspect items for stains or wear and remove from circulation as needed.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility.
• Follow MSDS guidelines for chemical handling.
• Distribute clean linens to departments as needed.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to support operations.

The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our Housekeeping team. This role is responsible for the proper laundering, pressing, and folding of all hotel linens while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
