Towne Centre is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant who is reliable and organized to support daily laundry operations for residents. You will sort items, label clothing, and maintain a clean, safe laundry area.

Responsibilities include washing with commercial equipment following sanitization protocols, delivering and picking up items, unloading dryers, and thoroughly cleaning the laundry room. The role requires physical stamina and consistent attendance.

• Labeling all residents clothing and garments
• Delivering and pickup laundry items to residents.
• Washing items with commercial laundry equipment following proper sanitization protocols.
• Cleaning and maintaining laundry room area and equipment.
• Unloading laundry from commercial dryers.

Requirements

• Willing to adhere to Towne Centre principles in providing service to our facility.
• Displays cleanliness, good grooming, personal appreance, and follow dresscode requirements consistantly.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stands long periods of time, and also walking long periods of time.
• Maintains acceptable attendace record/ follows work schedule at all times.
