Job summary

Ideal Hospitality in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Laundry Attendant to maintain clean linens and towels for guests. You will operate laundry equipment, sort and fold items, and ensure the laundry area stays organized and safe.

Join a team that values reliability and efficiency in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior laundry or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required, and you will be trained for upkeep and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift and move throughout shifts.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels.
• Inspect items for stains, damage, or special handling needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area.
• Monitor supply levels and notify management of needed items.
• Assist with guest laundry requests as needed.
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure linens are available.
• Follow all safety and cleaning procedures.
