Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Knoxville is seeking a Laundry Attendant to ensure guests have fresh linens by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing items. You will operate laundry equipment and assist the housekeeping team to maintain high quality standards.

Eligible to work in the United States, able to read product labels, and capable of lifting as needed. The role requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Job description

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning, sorting, and managing linens and laundry items to ensure a steady supply for guest rooms and operations. You will operate laundry equipment, maintain cleanliness in the laundry area, and support the housekeeping team to uphold quality standards. This role reports to the Executive Housekeeper.

Schedule:

Morning shift: 8AM to 3PM

Evening shift: 3PM-11PM

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the essential support for our hotel's laundry operations, ensuring guests have fresh and clean linens during their stay.
• Your daily tasks will include sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
• You will report to the Laundry Supervisor or Laundry Manager.
• A career as a laundry attendant can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as laundry supervisor, laundry manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.
