Position: Laundry Attendant

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for collecting and washing dirty laundry. Your duties include ironing, folding, and distributing laundry to its designated destination. Join our innovative company where hard work is rewarded and advancement opportunities are available.

Required Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preference for 2 years of experience, but not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities

• Washing, ironing, and folding clothes and linens with knowledge of proper techniques.
• Collecting laundry loads and washing according to color and fabric type.
• Removing stains and maintaining brightness of colors.
• Operating large washing, drying, and folding machines.
• Being courteous to guests and residents.
• Maintaining good communication skills.

Working Conditions

This role involves standing for extended periods. Employees must communicate effectively, and may need to sit, stand, walk, and handle equipment or objects. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. The environment involves moderate noise levels and interactions with others. Occasional travel to different locations may also be necessary.
