A Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintaining a constant supply of clean linen for the hotel, supporting the hotel's effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Perform all stages of linen processing, including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading (washers, dryers, chutes), ironing, folding, storing, and delivering.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and area.
• Maintain stock levels.
• Respond to guest service issues promptly and courteously.
• Perform additional laundry services as needed.
