Job summary

Woodland Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a reliable Laundry Attendant for the full-time evening shift in Alabama. You will maintain clean, sanitary laundry areas, process resident linens, and support infection control practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and infection control practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate cleaning equipment.
• Physical stamina and mobility.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks as assigned, ensuring areas are tidy and sanitary.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and protocols for patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Respond to ad hoc cleaning requests and report maintenance issues.
• Replenish supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety policies.
