Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process resort laundry including bedding, towels, robes, cleaning rags, and spa linens.
• Keep the laundry facility organized, safe, and running smoothly.
• Unload, sort, and stock clean linens from Mountain Linen deliveries.
• Prepare carts of dirty linen for pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest laundry areas, employee restrooms, and break rooms.
• Keep linen chutes and trash drop areas clear and clean.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and responsibly.
• Follow all resort policies, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards.

Overview

The Laundry Attendant plays a vital role in the daily operations of Big Sky Resort’s Housekeeping Team by ensuring linens and laundry items are processed, organized, and delivered with care. Based in the resort’s laundry facility in the Huntley/Shoshone Lodge, this position supports the cleanliness and efficiency of our in-house operations—including comforters, blankets, pillows, spa robes, and more—while keeping guest and team areas clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Process resort laundry including bedding, towels, robes, cleaning rags, and spa linens


• Keep the laundry facility organized, safe, and running smoothly


• Unload, sort, and stock clean linens from Mountain Linen deliveries


• Prepare carts of dirty linen for pickup


• Maintain cleanliness in guest laundry areas, employee restrooms, and break rooms


• Keep linen chutes and trash drop areas clear and clean


• Operate laundry equipment safely and responsibly


• Follow all resort policies, safety protocols, and cleanliness standards
