A leading senior living community is seeking a Laundry Attendant to manage resident laundry services responsibly. The role involves following specific laundering instructions, ensuring cleanliness, and collaborating with the maintenance team. POSITION: Laundry Attendant
TITLE OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Maintenance Director
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
STATUS: Non-Exempt/Hourly
SUMMARY
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing resident's personal items as scheduled in their care plan. The laundry attendant must follow the specific instructions for laundering and drying based on the care label in the clothing or report items to the community supervisor that cannot be laundered.
