Laundry Attendants - Asheville - Part-Time 2nd Shift -$16.25

PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a part-timeLaundry Attendant for 2nd Shiftfor alocal hotel. This is an excellent opportunity to work for an amazing company!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Count items for the day and inventory outgoing items
• Maintain inventories for damage/loss
• Inspect for quality control according to established standards
• Sorts and properly stores all soiled linen; weighs linen and places into appropriate carts
• Manages flow and processing of linens in an efficient and effective manner.
• Sorts and separates damaged or stained linen, to be repaired or converted to be used as rags
• Operates ironing and folding machinery.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience working in a commercial/industrial laundry and/or housekeeping environment preferred.
