Job summary

Koelsch Communities is seeking a friendly Housekeeping/Laundry team member for Spring Creek Inn. This part-time role covers multiple shifts (Sun-Wed, 4:00 AM – 11:30 AM) with starting pay at $21.50 per hour.

You will help maintain daily linen supplies and ensure clean, organized storage areas across the community. Your duties include laundering linens on request, delivering clean items, and keeping the laundry area tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or laundry is preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and order.
• Ability to interact with residents in a courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Laundering linens and personal laundry per resident requests and paid services.
• Delivering clean linens to storage areas and rooms.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry while avoiding wrinkles and damage.
• Maintain cleanliness of the laundry room and restock supplies.
• Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

You enjoy providing exceptional cleaning services. This role is responsible for providing and maintaining a clean linen supply daily and maintaining adequate stock at each linen storage area and in reserve storage.

What you'll do:

• Laundering of all communities' linens and personal laundry per request of individual residents who pay for this service.
• Delivery of clean community linens and personal laundry to appropriate storage areas and rooms.
• Wash laundry as assigned taking care to avoid wrinkles and damages.
• Wash, dry, and fold laundry.
• Maintain cleanliness of laundry room, change out detergents, and maintain dryer cleanliness of lint.
• Relate to residents in a courteous, empathetic, and cooperative manner.
• Keep environment safe and clean for residents.
• Other duties as assigned.
