Summary of Position

The laundry assistant is responsible for collecting, sorting, stacking, and distributing laundry in compliance with laundry policies and procedures. They assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly laundry department and follow all center policies and procedures.

Requirements of the Position
Required Education and Experience
  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Post-acute care or healthcare experience preferred
