The Laundry Assistant is responsible for performing daily activities related to Laundry Services in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long-term care. The role involves working under the direction of the department director or supervisor to ensure the community remains clean, safe, and comfortable. The position emphasizes valuing the resident as the priority and creating a home-like environment through person-centered care.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or TRAINING:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting desired
