Job summary

Woodhouse Spa - Midland is seeking a full-time Laundry/Housekeeping Specialist to maintain clean linens, towels, and spa spaces behind the scenes. You will operate laundry tools, support sanitation protocols, greet guests, and collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with laundry and cleaning tasks in a hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols and cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
• Is a master of the tools and products necessary to give us the freshest laundry in the spa industry
• Greets each guest with a smile
• Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members
• Maintains an organized work space and places laundry in dedicated places
• Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized, and keeps the place spotless
• Uses the right tools to clean the floors and powder rooms daily
• Ensures all spa areas are maintained according to sanitation protocols
• Maintains back-of-house cleanliness
• Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
• Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
