Job summary

The Woodhouse Day Spa in Golden, CO is hiring a Part-Time Laundry/Housekeeping Specialist. Join a team that values guest experience and aims for excellence with every interaction.

You will ensure clean laundry, greet guests with a smile, manage soiled linens, and keep spa areas tidy. Training will cover The Woodhouse Way to deliver the best guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day
• Greets each guest with a smile
• Maneuvers the spa with ease and grace collecting soiled laundry without distracting guests or team members
• Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and organized, and keeps the place spotless
• Uses the right tools to clean the floors and powder rooms daily
• Ensures all areas especially damp and moist areas are treated with extra care
• Keeps the break room in order and never leaves a dish in the sink
• Keeps the quiet room and guest changing area tidy and stocked
• Dusts and wipes down walls in main spa area and back of house to keep it looking its best
• Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience
• Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations

• Keeps the break room in order and never leaves a dish in the sink


• Keeps the quiet room and guest changing area tidy and stocked

• Takes pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience


• Communicates frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations
