Vi in Naples, FL is seeking a hands-on Laundry and Housekeeping Manager to lead our laundry and housekeeping operations across multiple buildings. You will hire, train, schedule, and support staff; manage daily workflow and ensure timely processing and delivery of resident laundry and linens. The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive laundry/housekeeping experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.

Vi at Bentley Village is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Manager to lead our laundry and housekeeping operations.

The right candidate is an organized and dependable leader who takes pride in maintaining high standards and understands that exceptional service plays an important role in our residents' comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Hire, supervise, train, schedule, and support associates
• Manage daily laundry workflow and assignments to meet the needs of a large multi‑building community
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of resident personal laundry, healthcare linens, dining linens
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and infection‑prevention standards
• Monitor equipment and report or coordinate needed repairs
• Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly

Qualifications

• Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive laundry/housekeeping experience with prior supervisory responsibility.
• Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate Degree in related field or equivalent years of experience in the field is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license.

Additional requirements include:

• Demonstrates ability to lead and manage employees.
• Must have outstanding communication skills, problem solving skills and ability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments, residents, family members and employees in a team‑oriented environment.
• Must be capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping / laundry equipment; i.e. commercial washer/dryer, buffing machines, etc.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations; i.e., OSHA, AHCA, CMS standards.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office.

Pay Range

USD $70,923.33 - USD $88,641.75 /Yr.
