Robinson Oaks Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dependable Laundry Aides to collect, wash, dry, fold, and deliver resident clothing and linens. You will follow infection control, PPE and safety procedures while collaborating with nursing and housekeeping to ensure timely service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and English literacy, and a strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to perform basic math and follow laundry procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility.
• Previous experience in a long‑term care or institutional laundry setting preferred, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver resident clothing and linens.
• Follow proper laundry procedures for stain treatment, sanitation, and garment care.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laundry room at all times.
• Work with nursing and housekeeping to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Practice infection control, proper PPE use, and equipment safety procedures.
• Respect residents’ privacy and personal belongings.
• Complete daily documentation and report equipment or safety concerns as needed.
