Job summary

Crystal Creek Post-Acute in Stockton, CA is seeking a dedicated Laundry Staff member to manage daily laundry operations, ensure an adequate supply of clean linen, and support a safe, hygienic environment for residents.

You will follow work schedules, report incidents, uphold safety and infection control policies, and collaborate with a team to maintain cleanliness and order throughout the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically able to lift, push, or move up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to comply with facility safety and infection control policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily laundry operations in accordance with applicable standards.
• Ensure an adequate supply of clean linen for residents.
• Follow assigned work and cleaning schedules.
• Report all accidents/incidents to supervisor promptly.
• Follow safety precautions when performing tasks and using equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work areas and protect resident information.
