Job summary

FutureCare Annapolis is seeking a Laundry Aide to support our environmental services by keeping linens clean and sanitized in a respectful long-term care setting. You will follow schedules, safety procedures, and ensure timely delivery of laundry across the facility.

The role offers competitive pay of $15.70 to $17.50 per hour, plus benefits. Prior housekeeping experience in a long-term care environment is preferred; general safety awareness and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED required.
• Able to push, pull or lift 25–50 pounds with assistance.
• 1 year housekeeping experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must read, write and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Follow MSDS and safety procedures.
• Manage laundry schedule and processes.
• Sort, wash, and distribute clean linens.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and report issues.
• Abide by ethics and compliance policies.
