Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Laundry Worker to help maintain clean linens and clothing in a long-term care facility. You will operate laundry equipment safely and ensure timely distribution of supplies to residents and staff.

The role offers pay starting at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for hands-on training, career development, and a range of benefits. Residency within the service area is required; previous laundry experience is optional, and a positive, team-oriented

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and personal clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of laundry activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
