You will handle resident laundry and linens, follow infection control procedures, and maintain a tidy, organized laundry area to support a comfortable living environment for seniors.

We offer wage range $15.00 to $17.50 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull laundry carts and supplies.
• Dependable work ethic and commitment to quality service.
• A positive attitude and dedication to serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing resident laundry and community linens.
• Following established infection control and safety procedures.
• Inspecting linens and clothing for damage, stains, and repair needs.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry department.
• Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring resident clothing is handled with care and returned accurately.
• Monitoring laundry supplies and reporting inventory needs.
• Supporting a positive, resident-centered environment through courteous and professional interactions.

What You'll Do

As a Laundry Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive clean, fresh, and properly maintained linens and personal clothing.
