Job summary

Fairmont Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Fairmont, WV is seeking a dependable Part-Time Laundry Aide to join our team. The role includes washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens, with two shifts weekly from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

You will help maintain a clean laundry area while following infection control guidelines and safety procedures. We support a collaborative team environment with opportunities to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize resident clothing and facility linens.
• Sort laundry according to facility procedures.
• Deliver clean linens and clothing to resident rooms and designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry department.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Assist with additional housekeeping or laundry duties as assigned.

Fairmont Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Laundry Aide to join our team!

At Fairmont Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we believe every team member plays an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. As a Laundry Aide, you'll help ensure our residents receive clean linens and clothing while supporting the daily operations of our skilled nursing community.

Schedule

• Part-Time

• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

• Two shifts per week

Your Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize resident clothing and facility linens.

• Sort laundry according to facility procedures.
