Job summary

The Loft Healthcare of Normal is seeking a Laundry Aide for the evening shift on a part-time basis. You will perform the day-to-day activities of the laundry area, ensure an adequate linen supply, and keep the facility clean, safe, and sanitary in line with federal, state, and local standards.

Job Summary – Laundry Aide

Performs the day-to-day activities of the laundry area in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator and/or Plant Operations Manager, to assure that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, and that an adequate supply of linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of the residents.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
