Job summary

Fairmont Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a dependable Part-Time Laundry Aide. You will wash, dry, fold, and organize resident clothing and linens, while supporting daily operations of our skilled nursing community.

We offer training if needed, a flexible schedule with two shifts per week, and benefits including health coverage and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to lift, carry, and move laundry throughout the facility.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize resident clothing and facility linens.
• Sort laundry according to facility procedures.
• Deliver clean linens and clothing to resident rooms and designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry department.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow infection control and safety guidelines.
• Assist with additional housekeeping or laundry duties as assigned.

Part-Time Laundry Aide

Fairmont Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is looking for a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Laundry Aide to join our team!

At Fairmont Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we believe every team member plays an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents. As a Laundry Aide, you'll help ensure our residents receive clean linens and clothing while supporting the daily operations of our skilled nursing community.

Schedule

• Part-Time
• 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Two shifts per week

Your Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize resident clothing and facility linens.
• Sort laundry according to facility procedures.
• Deliver clean linens and clothing to resident rooms and designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry department.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
