Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and redistribute laundry throughout the facility.
  • Ensure the community remains in compliance with OSHA requirements and risk management policies.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) regulations.
  • Handle potential exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases while following proper precautions.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the housekeeping and laundry team.
  • Ensure clean linens and personal items are properly washed, dried, folded, and distributed.
  • Follow all facility policies and procedures to maintain cleanliness and safety.

The Laundry Aide will be responsible for collecting, washing, drying, folding, and redistributing laundry while maintaining high sanitation standards.
