We’re hiring a Laundromat Asst. Manager to lead our high-efficiency, self-service laundry facility. As the face of our business, you’ll oversee a small team, keep equipment humming, and create a welcoming space that customers enjoy returning to. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently while staying busy. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—answering questions, maintaining a clean and functional space, and ensuring orders are completed with care and accuracy. No prior laundry experience is required; we provide full training.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations and team scheduling
• Lead by example to ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate maintenance
• Maintain supply levels and streamline workflows
• Greet customers and assist with self-service questions
• Monitor machines and report issues promptly
• Clean and sanitize folding areas, machines, and restrooms
• Fold and package wash-dry-fold orders with accuracy and speed
• Restock supplies and help maintain a welcoming environment
• Support opening, closing, and shift change procedures
