Molex, a Koch Company, invites early career engineers to join a 6-month development program within Global Sales & Marketing. Roles may include Field Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, Business Development Engineer, Product Design Engineer, Product Manager, and more.

Whether you come from engineering or business, you will build product, market, and customer insight while gaining hands-on responsibilities and mentorship. Compensation includes a base salary with variable pay and broad benefits.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Demonstrated interest in sales, customer engagement, business development, product management, marketing, or technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6 month development program to accelerate readiness in your assigned role.
• Gain exposure to Global Sales & Marketing functions including Sales Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Perform meaningful work with coaching, mentorship and professional development opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Molex products, applications, customers and target markets.
• Support customer needs through product recommendations, application guidance, technical support and engagement.
• Build relationships with customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders across functions.
• Participate in networking, customer visits, leadership interactions and training programs.
• Contribute to strategic projects that support business objectives and drive customer value.
