Role requires Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 alternative), 1+ year in financial services or sales, strong communication, and a consultative sales approach. Office-based with training and mentorship, 40-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded.
• Investments industry knowledge and product understanding.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence others.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to build trust quickly.
• Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking.
• Team collaboration with key partners and advisory teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client profile data and follow KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investment products.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce.
