Job summary

Hopebridge in Broad Ripple, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician. You will support autism therapy, work under BCBA supervision, and help children acquire communication and school readiness skills.

Paid RBT certification and development programs are included. This role features a flat hourly rate from $16.80 to $20.00, with benefits like health/dental/vision insurance and PTO, plus opportunities to relocate and grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary; training provided on the job to become an RBT.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Work with children to develop communication, social, and school readiness skills.
• Celebrate improvements and milestones with children and families.
